Care & Support Ministries
Pasoral Care is available in the parish office with Teresa Runyon, Faith Life Minister. Teresa will work with you to help discern your needs and provide referrals to our many support ministries, clergy or other resources.

Camarillo Special Families provides community and spiritual support for transitioning special needs teens and young adults (16+), their families and friends. Meets 2nd Wednesday, 7:00pm, Monica Spooner firstname.lastname@example.org
Caritas Caregivers Support Group offers support to those who are caring for an aging parent, relative, or spouse. Meetings: 4th Tuesday of each month at 7:00pm. Patricia Sentianin email@example.com

Embracing Your Journey Cancer Support Group provides hope, empowerment, love and prayer in a comforting atmosphere of encouragement. It is a safe environment for people touched by cancer to connect with others in a productive and spiritual way. Meetings: 4th Tuesday of the month at 7:00pm. Lou Ann Paolella 551-8014.
Family-to-Family prepares and serves healthy meals. It is a unique collaboration of church, temples, and clubs to serve the neediest in Ventura, serving lunch three days a week and breakfast on the weekend. Landings offers a safe place for returning Catholics who have been away from the Church for awhile who want to share their story and concerns or simply ask questions. Teresa Runyon 482-6417 x 322 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Many Meals of Camarillo provides hot meals, food, and other life essentials for those struggling to make ends meet. Meals are served twice a week 5:00-6:15pm on Mondays at St. Mary Magdalen Church and Thursdays at Trinity Presbyterian Church.
OASIS ~ Older Adult Services and Intervention System provides a variety of human services to seniors, aged 60+, supports their independence and dignity, while protecting their quality of life through friendly volunteer visits, in-home needs assessment, on-going case management and transportation assistance to medical and other appointments. Open Hearts (LGBT) a support ministry where LBGT brothers, sisters, and their families and friends in Christ are welcome and a safe harbor to explore spirituality and share experiences, strength, and hope.

St. Vincent de Paul offers tangible assistance to those in need on a person-to-person basis. Aid may take the form of intervention, consultation, or often through direct dollar or in-kind service. Those in need of assistance should call 504-4753.
